Keystone Park – a 152-ha logistics and light industrial precinct on the N3 at the Hammarsdale interchange – is a R6 billion economic catalyst project for the Hammarsdale / Mpumalanga region.

Regulatory approval to commence development was obtained at the end of last year and Keystone Park is now being developed as a modern, fully serviced, secure precinct with services specifically designed to accommodate logistics facilities. More than 3 500 jobs will be created during the construction phase, and over 6 000 direct jobs are expected to be created on completion.

Earthworks and services installed are now well under way in the precinct, which comprises 27 sites, the first of which has been sold to Mr Price Group. Construction has already commenced on its 100 00m² distribution facility.

Sales and leasing are progressing well on the remaining sites.
