Keystone Park is a new 152 hectare logistics, warehousing and light industrial precinct on the N3, at the Hammarsdale Interchange. The development is being undertaken by Rokwil Property Development who aim to turn Keystone Park into the best functioned, new, modern, fully serviced, secure and managed logistic park in KZN.

The location on the primary Western Corridor in KwaZulu-Natal, is the centre of gravity for national distribution from the Durban Port. Keystone Park provides easy access to the main Durban, Pietermaritzburg and Johannesburg transport routes and is only a few kilometres away from the proposed “intermodal” (inland container terminal) in Cato Ridge South.

Keystone Park yields over 1 000 000m² of platformed area over 24 sites, with the first being sold to the Mr Price Group. Construction commenced in June 2015 on their massive 100 000m² (under roof) national distribution facility. Phase one (approx. 56 000m²) of the new Mr Price National Distribution Centre was completed and June 2016. The expected date of operation will be April 2017.

A combination of land sale, turn-key developments and lease options are available.

Earthworks and services installation are well underway in the precinct.
